Founded in 2021, Rob is leading IGreene Acres to become one of the leaders in developing South Carolina. Rob has a BS degree from South Carolina State College and a Masters degree from Radford University. He has been a business owner for over 30 years. Rob has sold rented homes for over 20 years and is now opening a brand unique to traditional homes. For years, Rob has been a homeowner and sees the need for a new way to solve the cookie-cutter approach in home building and is collaborating on building new homes for nontraditional buyers.
Vice President
Minnie is a Graphic Designer and artist. As a business owner of a printing company, she has an eye for contemporary art and design. Having attended SCAD in Savannah, Georgia, Minnie specializes in logos, portraits, and various art medians. They built their first home in 2013 and understand the market needs for a better way to make Smart Homes with efficiency and a unique contemporary style.
Starting with a small set of homes, we are growing to create Smart Home communities in our cities with 1 acre of land. We provide everything for your custom design.
Our team of architects and designers will assist in creating award-winning designs. In addition, we will work with you to develop the distinctive look you envision.
A portion of our annual earnings is invested in local non-profits to help make a difference in our community.
